To access and use the membership features (hereinafter referred to as the “Service”), you must read and agree to these Terms of Membership Service (hereinafter referred to as the “Terms”). These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and the service provider of this application (referred to as “we” or “us”).
By tapping “Subscribe” or “Purchase” and successfully completing the payment, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms.
We currently offer two types of membership services:
You may subscribe to our services on a monthly, yearly, or other periodic basis. During your active subscription period, you will have access to all premium features available in the app. Subscription services are auto-renewable unless canceled, as detailed in Section 3.
You may also choose to make a one-time payment to unlock lifetime access to certain premium features. This is a non-recurring payment and does not include auto-renewal. The scope of unlocked features is as displayed at the time of purchase.
If you choose a subscription plan, you authorize us to automatically charge your Apple ID (iTunes) account or other linked payment methods within 24 hours before the current subscription period ends.
You must ensure that your payment method has sufficient funds. Failed renewals due to insufficient balance may result in service interruption or feature limitation, for which you are solely responsible.
You can manage or cancel your auto-renewal at any time in your Apple ID settings. Canceling auto-renewal will not affect the current subscription period.
You are responsible for keeping your account and payment information secure. We are not liable for losses due to unauthorized access, failed payments, or failure to cancel subscriptions in time.
